This rich, 100% natural, pure and organic oil, cold pressed from black caraway seeds, is of ancient therapeutic, aesthetic and culinary repute. The Assyrian, Egyptian and Persian physicians used it to treat digestive and skin issues. In old Latin word black caraway was called “panacea” which means “cure all”. How to use : 
For joint pain and back pain, warm up some black seed oil in your palms and massage into the affected area.
To ease asthma and respiratory problems, mix together 1 teaspoon honey with half a teaspoon of black seed oil in a cup of warm water and drink daily
To treat irritated, inflamed skin mix 3 tsp Black seed oil, 40 ml Jojoba oil, and 10-15 drops Frankincense essential oil. Blend together and apply twice daily
For hair loss prevention, massage lime juice into your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse out then apply black seed oil and massage into the scalp
 
Storage : 
Keep the well-closed bottle in a cool, dry place away from odours. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Use within 6 months after opening the bottle.
 
Precautions:
• Allergy test: Rub a drop of vegetable oil on your inner forearm. Wait 15 minutes. If redness, skin irritation or any allergic reaction occurs, stop using it immediately.
• Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, poor blood coagulation, taking anticoagulants, suffering from epilepsy, hypertension or hypotension, or taking blood pressure lowering drugs, two weeks before surgery, do not use it.
• Do not use in combination with drugs. Black seed oil may interact with medications that are processed through the cytochrome P450 pathway. Common medications that could be affected include warfarin (Coumadin) and beta-blockers like metoprolol (Lopressor), which increase the effectiveness or side effects of the drug.
